Stroll
The Magazine of Outdoor Art and Street Culture

£70.00 Add to Cart
An oversized, short-run periodical exploring public art, urban interventions, and street culture rather than wilderness or nature sports. Produced by Creative Time, the New York public art organization, and founded and edited by writer and curator Melissa Feldman.
With a cover by Amy Arbus, the issue moves between art, politics, and speculative futures: Jenny Holzer and Keith Haring’s billboard works in Vienna; Les Levine’s political billboards in London, secured through the ICA in response to the political strife in Ireland; NASA habitats; and “Bungalows for a Post-Nuclear Age.” Together, they reflect Stroll’s interest in what art could become when it leaves the gallery and enters the public realm.
